WATERTOWN UPDATE

Thank you to everyone who took the time to email the City Council and attend the meeting this past Tuesday.

The issue of renaming the Columbus Delta in Watertown Square was sent to committee for further study. There is no doubt that without our efforts this name change would have been voted on Tuesday night and the Delta would have been renamed. We understand the Council was inundated with letters of support for keeping the Christopher Columbus name. This fight is clearly not over, we will continue to monitor it, further action will be needed and will let you know when when and what. Again, thank you for your efforts!
